Password reset links expire after 60 minutes. Request a new one if it has expired.
To update your name, email, or other details, go to Dashboard → Profile. Make your changes and click Save. If you update your email, a verification link will be sent to the new address.
Go to Profile → Update Password. Enter your current password, then type and confirm your new password. Click Save. You will remain logged in after the change.
Never share your password with anyone. Vidyardhi – AP & Telangana Competitive Exam Preparation staff will never ask for your password.
Go to Profile → Delete Account. Read the warning carefully — deletion is permanent and irreversible. All your progress, purchases, and data will be removed. Enter your password to confirm and proceed.

Go to My Exams in your dashboard, select an exam, and click Start Exam. Read the instructions carefully before beginning. The timer starts as soon as you click Start. Answer all questions and click Submit before time runs out.
Do not refresh or close the browser window during an exam — your answers are auto-saved, but the timer continues running.
After submitting an exam, your result is displayed immediately. You can also find all past results under Dashboard → Results. From the result page you can:
Each exam has its own marking scheme set by the instructor. The marks per question, negative marking (if any), and passing percentage are all shown on the exam detail page before you begin. Check these details before starting your attempt.
Some courses offer a completion certificate upon finishing all lessons. Check the course page to see if a certificate is available. If offered, it will be accessible from My Courses once you complete all required content.
During checkout, you will see an "Apply Coupon" field. Enter your coupon code and click Apply. The discounted price will be shown before you confirm the payment. Coupons cannot be applied after a purchase is completed.
Coupon codes are case-sensitive. Make sure there are no extra spaces when pasting the code.

No. The price displayed on the course or exam page is the final amount you pay. GST is included in the listed price unless stated otherwise. There are no hidden fees or recurring charges unless you purchase a subscription plan.
